The food system after covid-19. Food to defend the body: a talk about immunonutrition.
Webinar set up by
FOSAN – Fondazione per lo studio degli alimenti e della nutrizione umana e AGRO CAMERA – Azienda Speciale CCIAA Roma
Is it correct to say that food has healing properties? If the association between a person's well-being and healthy and proper nutrition is almost trivial, the explanation of how food affects the immune system and the body's ability to respond to debilitating external agents is less obvious. This webinar aims to highlight the relationship between nutrition and the human body's immune system and highlight the opportunities for innovation emerging in this sector.
