AIIS Italian Stories for Maker Faire 2020: Artificial Intelligence for Security

Recent developments in Artificial Intelligence based techniques fostering the learning of autonomous robotic systems (machine learning) and complex systems based on multiple and hierarchical representations (deep learning) allow the development of new and important applications in the security field able to predict situations of danger and environmental risk, to prevent potential terrorist attacks, to help operators in forensic investigations or in the detection of fake news as well as to prevent attacks and misleading software.

The presentations in this section will illustrate the research carried out by some research groups related to the CINI AIIS Laboratory, presenting the potential that Artificial Intelligence has in the security field.
