Human-Robot Collaboration: from Industrial to Service Applications (IRIM-WS93)

Human-robot collaboration has become a key driver in several fields, from medicine to manufacturing, with robots and humans dynamically sharing their workspace in many operations. The necessity to protect humans from harm and robot from damage, and to perform the prescribed task, is attracting researchers and engineers from various fields, with the shared goal of providing a safe and effective solution for this new type of collaboration. This workshop is a stage where some of the most recent advances in human-robot collaboration in Italy will be presented.
