AI: Brain Computer Interface

Brain Computer Interface is a direct communication pathway between the brain's electrical activity and an informative system. Usually Electroencephalography (EEG) and/or Electrooculography (EOG) signals are used for this purpose.
Although still far from real mind reading, some research can be used already, e.g., to pilot robotic platforms.
In this seminar we will describe, and we will show a wheeled robotic system whose movements are driven by BCI signals generated by eye movements and detected with Artificial Intelligence algorithms. The whole system is realized mainly with STMicroelectronics components.
