Mauro Vergari

Born in Rome on 23 September 1960, he graduated in motor sciences. Since 1993 he has been interested in satellite TV and founded the MOVEMENT ITALIAN TELEUTENTI SAT group recognized by EUTELSAT. Since 13 January 1998 he has joined ADICONSUM with managerial roles as head of the NEW TECHNOLOGIES sector. Since 2008 he has also been responsible for the telecommunications and transport sector. He writes numerous articles, guides and participates in numerous conferences. He represents the CNCU in the Confindustria "Panel on digital TV" and, on Government assignment, coordinates the "communication and user assistance" group in the CNID. It represents Adiconsum in the MISE tables dedicated to counterfeiting and the single digital market dedicated to online commerce. In the transport sector it has relations with Trenitalia, also being Conciliator in the relevant ADR and is a member of the Joint Guarantee Body of the Trenitalia/AACC ADR. Tim, WindTre, Fastweb and Vodafone are conciliators. Teacher in numerous training courses as Joint Conciliator. Since 2013 he has represented the CNCU "in the table dedicated to LTE interference". In 2013 he was secretary of Adiconsum Roma Capitale – Rieti and Lazio. Since 2017 he has been responsible for the Studies, Research and Innovation Office of Adiconsum. It deals with the environment, sustainability and sustainable mobility, especially electric. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of NEXT-Nuova Economia Per Tutti, of Emob and of Motus-E. Represents Adiconsum in ASVIS, NEXT-New Economy for All and Free Coordination. Current President of the Joint Guarantee Body of ADR Netcomm/Consumer Associations. Represents ADICONSUM in the Internet Governance Forum Italy.

Carlo De Masi

From Puglia region, graduated in economics and political science, for 12 years General Secretary of FLAEI, the Federation of Electricians of the CISL. Currently National President of Adiconsum. He has held the position of Chairman of the Board of Auditors of FISDE (Supplementary Health Fund for Employees of the Enel Group and other associated Electricity Companies), of ARCA (Association for Recreational, Cultural and Welfare Activities of Employees of the Enel Group and other associated Companies) and of the Enérgeia Foundation, which operates, non-profit, with the aim of promoting "the cultural and moral growth of workers" and developing training and scientific activities relating to social, solidarity, work, energy and environmental issues. He received the "Person of the Year" award at Columbus Day in the United States, for his commitment to electrical workers. Since 2017 Carlo De Masi has been President of Adiconsum APS which is part of the CNCU, National Council of Consumers and Users, established at the Ministry of Economic Development. The association is affiliated with BEUC, the largest European consumer organization. Since 1998 Adiconsum has managed, as the only consumer association, on behalf of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Fund for the prevention of over-indebtedness and usury, aimed at families and family businesses, in situations of economic difficulty, in possession of specific requirements established by law and since 2006 it has exclusively managed the European Consumer Center Italy, the national contact point of the Network of European Consumer Centers (ECC-Net), established by the European Commission.

Domenico Di Canosa

Born in Bari, he studied at the "M. Panetti" Industrial Technical Institute and attended the Polytechnic of Bari and the Polytechnic University of Marche. He graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London, with a degree in Business Administration with Marketing. Since 1999 he has worked at Philips Medical Systems, Honeywell and ROAL Electronics. Since 2018 he has been director of Sales Southern and Eastern Europe at J2 Innovation (Siemens Company). Since 2020 he has been president of Smart Building Alliance Italia (SBA).

Sabrina Romano

ENEA technologist, at the Department of Energy and Renewable Technologies, Smart Energy Division, in the Smart Cities and Communities Laboratory. In particular, he is interested in the study and design of sustainable urban models linked to the themes of Smart Cities, in particular building networks. He has participated in numerous nationally funded projects. In recent years it has worked on technologies related to smart homes and smart buildings and related services. Author of numerous scientific publications and industrial patents on multisensory systems.

Marco Mari

Graduated in electronic management engineering with master's degree in quality management systems. He has twenty years of experience in the topics of sustainability and certification in the field of Sustainable Construction and Products. He has operated at a national and international level with important organizations such as Bureau Veritas and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in China (CICC) as deputy coordinator of the Energy and Environmental Protection Working Group (EEWPG), participating as an advisor in a large number of construction projects sustainable with the main clients at national and international level.

Domenico Repetto

Expert in the field of institutional communication and information coordination. Currently, he heads the 1st Institutional Communication and Information Coordination Division of the Directorate General for Technological Innovation and Communication of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security. In the past, he was the director of personnel of the Agency for Territorial Cohesion and worked at the Department of Finance of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, where he was responsible for drafting the annual communication programmes. He represented the MEF within the Communicators Working Group of the Fiscalis Program of the European Commission from 2007 to 2017.
