AMMILAB

AMMILAB is the laboratory of the Italian Mechanical Music Association (AMMI). Convinced about the importance, from the cultural and historical point of view, of the AMMI activities, the AMMILAB team develops technologies to revive old mechanical musical instruments in a modern way. We are musicians, technicians and programmers, music and automation lovers, dedicating part of our free time supporting actively the AMMI mission of preserving priceless musical treasures over the years. The lab is located in Biassono, near Milan, and works in close collaboration with the AMMI association located in Cesena, at the Musicalia museum.
