Momely

The Momely Project aims to rethink the cemetery concept by turning the present structures into gardens of remembrance. The objective of Momely is to tell and hand down stories in order to spread culture and to keep the memory of the main events in the life of every person alive. Thanks to new technology and in particular the NFC matched by a website and an app, Momely offers the opportunity to relive and discover unusual semantic paths between the protagonists of the community. In this way the cemetery will become a place of remembrance and historical memory.

Gianluca Vicini

I am Gianluca Vicini, a Visual and Innovation Designer , and I was born in Rome on the 14th November 1990. After completing my higher education as an Advertising Design & Graphic Arts Technician, I decided to continue my education in the field of the Visual Communication by earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design at the RUFA in 2012. In this way I gained all useful tools and a good design methodology to develop graphic projects. During my studies in Visual Design, I was also dedicated to new technologies and visual arts. In particular I collaborate to organize the “Cow Parade Rome 2010” and the exhibition “Et-Cetera” at the Eleutheria Foundation in 2013. In 2014 I earned a Master’s Degree in Visual and Innovation Design at RUFA in Rome. Thus I integrated the highest principles of design and communication with those of technology and innovation. I am co-founder of DAMAgraf, a company that provides printing and comunication services and computer equipment. I work also as a Web Master and Graphic Designer at the Rome University of Fine Arts (RUFA) and I am startupper of the Momely Project.
