The Degree Course in Computational Design of the University of Camerino, in Ascoli Piceno, it is proposed to train graduates with intellectual and professional characterized by a deep knowledge in the disciplines related to the project of materials or virtual artifacts, relatively theories, methods and tools, techniques and processes, but also in relation to their characteristics, technological and constructive, productive, functional, formal and operation and then in relationships that they establish with the spatial artifacts and environmental perspective and with that industry and market.
The course of study focuses in particular on the development of theories, methods and processes of design and realization of industrial artifacts, smart objects, more and more equipped with hidden intelligence, through the introduction and the use of innovative computational tools that will the aim to improve and enhance the creative aspects and socially useful, typical of the design products. The course of study is aimed at specialized training of designers cha have the ability to exercise a complex and to provide, at the same time, a good theoretical preparation and a strong industrial research capacity, with specific expertise in computational design of products innovative industrial.
