C.E.B.- Coding Educational Blocks
The aim of the project is to use a set of electronic modules in schools. They are made up of sensors of various types, solded on tiny PCB inserted in boxes which are printed by 3D printer. The modules are to be easily connected to a central unit. The aim of the project is to introduce coding in schools by using low-cost systems that can be carried out autonomously. The project includes the description of the hardware for the making of the various modules, the electronic schemes, the files of the 3D box modules and also a documentation of the didactic experience.

The class presenting the project is a 4th year class of the Course in Information Technology and Telecommunications and is made up of 15 students; all of them are highly motivated,ready and willing to learn and apply new technologies. They are also keen to confront themselves with the world of production and to test their own capabilities and competences, already well-developed for students who have still to complete another school year. They all attend regularly, showing interest for professional subjects and they distinguish themselves by participating to projects and initiatives. Therefore, they have all worked very hard because they wereenthusiasticallywishful to apply for the “Call for Schools” as young makers.
