Composed of eight armored cases, O.S.C.A.R. is a multifunctional locker that gives the possibility to choose one or more of our innovative services. The most important one is the safe and free recharge of electronic devices in public spaces and places (Universities, airports, public administrations and more). The access to the cases is controlled by a fingerprint recognition technology; inside each case, the user will find a socket (German type) and the connectors for the most common devices in commerce. The first six cases (arranged in couples) are small and thought for smartphones; the last two, instead, are single and made for bigger devices. Our most innovative service is the disinfection of the devices during charging. According to recent studies, mobile electronic devices are the most exposed objects to germ contamination. Therefore, in two of the small cases, there is an UV lamp which disinfects the devices surfaces in about 30 seconds. In this way, users can pick up their devices from O.S.C.A.R. fully charged and disinfected. O.S.C.A.R. is fully accessible for disabled people.
