Bamboo Bici Lab
BambooBiciLab is the Italian project that provides the knowledge and tools to give the opportunity for anyone to create a customized bamboo bicycle, strong, sustainable and exclusive, following a simple and intuitive method for the construction of the frame. On request we organize practical group workshops all over Italy, in fablabs, makerspaces, technical or cultural centres interested on hosting the event at the weekend. It’s possible to design customized models for any type of bike. Participants share a unique experience of innovative handicraft and DIY.

Guglielmo Lisi
My name is Guglielmo Lisi, I’m 29 years old and I’m a maker from Rome. I discovered bamboo as structural material during my university studies in engineering and then I deepened the studies of its extraordinary physical and mechanical properties. I joined this with my passion for bicycles to found the project BambooBiciLab.
