ARCHÉTICA was founded in 2010 by Michele Ricci and Giovanna Nardini. Archetica is specialised in Substainable Architectur and in particular it deals with Strawbale house design. In this kind of architecture Archetica applies its mission: environmental, social and economical sustainability in a very simple, clear and holistic approach design.
This idea is built on assuming responsibility of the problem of todays 40% CO2 emissions in atmosphere produced by construction industry. Therefore we decided to approach this issue by the use of natural and efficient materials which are healthy and efficient. In our opinion this means more consciousness for human wealth and preservation of the natural habitat. We pretend this lifestyle for ourself as designers and we suggest it to everybody, to the customers as well as to the builder or artisan, everyone has the responsibility to spread this message.
