Unique, in a Food Safety perspective, has the objective of valorizing wine bottles, monitoring their conservation state, certifying both the origin and the authenticity, and communicating them.
The expected outcome is to make the wine supply-chain more transparent and sustainable, and to shorten the link between the winemaker and the winelover. A fortiori, the users will receive a product which is exactly the same that comes out of the producer’s cellar from the standpoint of quality and originality.
