A project for a simple and inexpensive tool to cope with the sedentary nature of modern life as it stimulates the spine muscles, increasing oxygenation and cell replacement, seeking balance, given unstable support, distributing body weight on the seat and feet, simulating the most natural sitting on the ground. It does not change the aesthetics of the chairs that are already present in a home or office, taking advantage of the backrest for the relaxation phase.
