Quadrifor is the Bilateral Institute for the development and training of Middle Managers in the Tertiary sector established in 1995 among Confcommercio and the other three professional trade union organisations.
More than twenty years after its establishment it is still a reference point for more than 58.000 Middle managers and 13.000 Companies in the sector. Its success is due to the positive appreciation of the training delivery, both for the high quality levels achieved and for the breadth of the topics addressed. In 2016 more than 5400 Middle Managers have taken part in classroom training initiatives, both company and inter-company, e-learning and specialized training events, delivered in 9 different Italian cities.
Specifically, since 2016 Quadrifor has intensified the provision of training on digital competences and it keeps promoting pilot initiatives with the aim of disseminating a new culture in companies and strengthening the skills required to meet the challenges of the Digital Economy.
