Lazio Region shows at Maker Faire the “innovation system” of Lazio. Research, intelligence, technology transfer, green economy, industry 4.0, design and talent will be in the spotlight in the regional stand, of more than 180 square metres, including an info point, 8 thematic hubs and a meeting space.

These are the 8 hubs:

• Audiovisual and creative industries
• Lifesciences
• Digital Manufacturing
• Cultura heritage and tourism
• Ict, automation and Artificial Intelligence (smart software intelligenti, domotics, web, etc)
• Spazio Attivo/Fab Lab

The info point offers information, evaluations and advices about regional and European opportunity and funding for young people, startups and innovators.

The meeting place presents 4 regional actions for innovation and creativity: 3 Open Innovation Challenges promoted through Lazio Innovatore (www.lazioinnovatore.it) and the results of “Design for Next”, contest of ideas for industry and marketing, born from the collaboration between enterprises, universities and design schools of Lazio.
