the present project refers to an apparatus to allow a correct and controlled leavening of dough based on flours also, but not only, of small thickness (pizza).
It is used to maintain constant temperature and humidity that can be customized within a small environment, in order to favor the yeast multiplication process.
It allows to create a domestic leavening cell, with precision similar to the industrial ones.
It is small in size and consumes little power.
