D'ADONE

D'ADONE is a particular type of vegetable stock cube made recycling unused parts of vegetables during the industrial food processes. Our purpose is to avoid the wastefulness of edible vegetables that have been thrown away only because they have not been sold or because they have not followed certain aesthetic standards required by the market.
The innovative aspects of our project lie mainly in the ingredients: the employment of raw materials used to make this product, the elimination of chemical excipients such as glutamate, colorants and preservatives. In addition there is another innovative aspect that marks our stock cube: recipes that follow the seasonality of the raw materials used in order to improve taste, quality and to promote sustainability.
