Create an APP that allows, remotely, to open and fill out a ticket for reporting and request intervention to the shipyard facilitating maintenance scheduling. Advantages: Customer loyalty by the Company, possibility to schedule the management of the work order and the necessary spare parts in time, to acquire data and images of the problem remotely, locating the position of the boat with google.maps. Replicability / Scalability: The project developed can be replicated for all shipyards in Italy and abroad
