Make to Care è nato nel 2016 proprio dalla collaborazione con Maker Faire Rome che da subito ha accolto con entusiasmo la nostra volontà di raccogliere idee che potessero migliorare il quotidiano di chi con coraggio affronta una qualche forma di disabilità. Idee che nascono fuori dai contesti classici dell’innovazione. Negli anni, insieme, abbiamo raccolto centinaia di progetti e prototipi, abbiamo dato voce a spunti davvero rivoluzionari, intercettando, mappando e alimentando l’ecosistema della Patient-driven-Innovation.

Albicchiere - The Smart Wine Dispenser
Albicchiere is able to revolutionize the way of drinking wine by the glass, through an IoT device that meet the needs of wine lovers and restaurateurs. Connected to mobile app and voice assistant it can be managed remotely and allows to drink the perfect glass of wine, at the right temperature and always fresh just like opening. The smart bags inserted preserve it up to six months from its first insertion and are equipped with motion sensors that allow product traceability and quality control

Diego Pepini is Co-Founder & Chief Technical Officer of the company. He has a degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Perugia and Master’s Degree in Innovation and Business Administration (MIGA) at University of Perugia/Bradford University. Diego is partner and founder of Brantabee s.a.s. with the role of administrator and responsible for technical and production area. Consultant for the development of innovative product, he participated in the engineering of two projects selected in Adi Design Index 2010 e 2011.
Massimo Mearini is Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of the company. He has a degree in Economy at the University of Perugia and a Master’s Degree in Innovation and Business Administration (MIGA) at University of Perugia/Bradford University. Partner and founder of Brantabee s.a.s. from with the role of consultant for the marketing area, business organization, management control and systems information. He has gained experience in the sector like digital strategist, communication, marketing and product management. Massimo worked as Executive Producer in the realization of digital content for clients like Coca-Cola, Pernod Richard (Absolut), GreyGoose, Warsteiner, Sammontana, BMW (Mini), Carrefour, Ikea.
Luigi Palumbo: Business Development Manager (BDM), Serial Startupper whit strong experience in ICT (Pagita Founder) and wine (Luibao Limited Founder)
