pistaSprint
Thanks to pistaSprint you can create the marble run you want by 3D printing! pistaSprint provides a set of parametric CAD geometries to create components that can be easily assembled together. Currently, slides, tunnels, towers, supports, and curves are available, but the set of components is constantly growing. Anyone can download the CAD files, to customize and print them. And, if you're a neat freak, help us create the components by Openscad. Come and visit our stand to play marbles with us!
Italy
I Malosios
I was born in Milan and live in Biassono with my fantastic wife and three wonderful children. Robot designer at the National Research Council of Italy during working hours, I like playing with kids during free time. Someone defines me as a maker. Sometimes I spend time automating stuff with some friends during night, after reading and singing for my kids. With some of my friends, I got six “Maker of merit†blue ribbons in previous editions of the Maker Faire Rome, but this is another story. I love cycling and traveling with all the family. I play clarinet, but just for fun. About pistaSprint: my wife Rossana got the idea; my children Ancilla, Leonardo and Viola are the inspirers and the first testers; my sister Marta takes care of the whole graphic aspect.
