Robotics@unibz
With this stand of interest we aim at giving visibility to the robotics research of the Free University of Bolzano carried out in the following three main research labs:
Smart Mini Factory Lab. Mission: study advanced concepts and technologies of Industry 4.0 where industrial – collaborative - robots are applied. Focus: efficiency, safety and ergonomics in industrial applications.
Human-Centered Technology Lab. Mission: researching technologies with human(s) in the loop, bridging between automation, robotics, and human-system interaction. Focus: variable autonomy, brain and body human-system interfaces, intention recognition and shared control.
Field Robotics Lab. Mission: applied interdisciplinary research at the intersection of “robotics and automation†and “agro-forestryâ€. Focus: field robots and unmanned vehicles (development and control), monitoring, inspection and harvesting.
