Anzone 4.0 (ITS 4.0)
Anzone 4.0 is a system designed for the management of traceability data of the IGP Sardinian lamb from the stable to the slaughterhouse, allowing, through digitization, greater control over the flow of information relating to monitoring compliance with the IGP procedural guideline. An MVP prototype of the Anzone 4.0 system was produced. It consists of a gadget for Android Smartphones with its dedicated App that allows the user to read RFID tags identifying lambs and, through the smartphone, communicate data with a web app.
