Blue_Boost project - ADRION Programme – brings together 7 partners from Italy (University of Camerino – Marche; Central Europe Initiative - Friuli Venezia Giulia; Puglia Regional Authority - Puglia), Croatia (Zadar Chamber of Commerce), Albania (Albanian Development Fund) and Greece (Science Park and Technology of Patras and Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce) to pursue one common goal: boosting the innovation potential of traditional and emerging blue growth sectors in the Adriatic-Ionian region. To this end, since January 2018, Blue_Boost partners have prompted the exchange of knowledge and technology between MSMEs/Start-Ups operating in the blue economy and new innovation agents such as coworking spaces, fab-labs, makerspaces, innovation hubs, tech-shops, etc. In addition to the organization of training courses on innovation processes, hackathons, brokerage events and exchange programs, Blue_Boost has launched an Innovation Vouchers Transnational Call for a total value of € 350,000 in favor of 35 small-scale innovation projects based on the collaboration between such blue economy companies and innovation actors. During the Maker Faire Rome, Blue_Boost partners will disseminate the results achieved and showcase the following projects funded with the Blue_Boost Innovation Vouchers.
