Robotics for Rehabilitation team
PLANarm2 is an end-effector-based parallel robot for neurorehabilitation. It allows the patient to practice planar movements of his hand, exploiting both elbow and shoulder movements. The movement of the manipulandum held by the patient is controlled by two motors. The device is equipped with two load cells to measure the force exchanged with the patient. Force-based and adaptive control algorithms enable the device to help the patient in performing rehabilitation tasks according to his capabilities and his level of impairment. A graphic environment proposes interactive and engaging tasks. The device has been designed to be clamped on one side of a table, also in a domestic environment. The modularity of the ROS-based control system will enable a straightforward integration of additional devices

Compressions Houses are three different sculptures (3D printing, 2015) coming from the animation Time Bomb the Love (1997/98) which is a digital manipulation of rockets to the rhythm of techno music. Frame by frame, the missiles turn into very acid and synthetic-minimalist architectures I titled Compressions-Houses inspired by Newton Cenotaph. Through vertical-horizontal movements, the rockets disappear in straight lines and points, reappearing under the guise of defused bombs because transformed into architectures.

This project is a pedal board and a maker style joystick, in fact it was printed with a plasma laser and folded with a hydraulic press, I used 3 potentiometers: accelerator, brake, steering wheel. All this controlled with arduino using the UnoJoy library which allowed me to simulate a Joystick, what this means, when I connect the arduino to the PC it is not read as arduino but Joystick.  It is possible to use it with any game, for the respect I made a video on Youtube only of the steering wheel here is the link (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nCQKoZ5gcmk&t=1s) is a DIY project but with this does not mean that the details have not been taken care of, I am attaching the photos below. Hope you like it !!

Purpose of the game is to develop players knowledge about safe behaviour in the internet. This game is made for basic school students (aged 7+). In this game two teams take part. Both team has their own colour game bases, on which they have to collect same coloured shapes which are put on different places on the game board. Game buttons are Bee-Bot robots, which are easily programmable. Both team has a quiz about safe behaviour in the internet opened from their smart device. Answering right or wrong depending on their answer they get to move on. Teams have to find the fastest route to collect all the shapes from the game board and also the fastest route to the opponent team start point. On the game board there are different squares with activities which prevent or help to move on. Wins the team who has collected all the shapes and gotten first on the opponent’s starting point.

"SPIRULINA: COSMESI E NON SOLO" is a project conceived and developed by the 3D high school class of the Biotechnological course of I.I.S.S. Calamatta of Civitavecchia. The project, now at an advanced stage, has created a pilot photobioreactor, entirely made inside the school with 3Dprinted parts and a control system with sensors that use the Arduino platform. The main purpose of the photobioreactor is the biosynthesis of Spirulina, a blue-green, unicellular and photosynthetic microalgae, with a spiral and filamentous structure, with versatile virtues and characteristics already known in literature. Once the alga has been extracted from the culture bath and dried, after careful quantitative and qualitative investigations, the product is destined to become primarily an ingredient in cosmetics but also, in future developments, a precursor for modern Nutraceuticals.

Sunflower high efficiency solar panels: It is a sunseeker system for photovoltaic panels. Our system has several advantages compared to normal sunseekers. First of all our system uses a single motor instead of two to guarantee the most favorable angle of incidence throughout the whole day for maximum efficiency of the solar panels; it can also allows to be mounted both a flat roof or on a pitch of the south-facing roof or again on a roof-type frame that allows you to create an underlying space for garage for example electric cars.
