Orologio NIXIE con RTC
The proposed clock differs from the commercial ones for important qualitative aspects. The time is taken from a DS3231, which is an RTC with a very high precision of one minute per year. And it is displayed on four Nixie tubes without resorting to the multiplexing technique, thus dedicating a driver for each digit, and showing them continuously. The dimensions are very small and allow the circuit to be used as a module that can be integrated into other equipment or furniture, giving you a very warm and attractive Vintage look. The project appeared on Elettronica & Maker in April 2021.
