Cosa c'è nello smartphone?
In our pockets, we have a small electronics and physics laboratory, but we hardly notice it. The smartphone has many sensors that allow us to improve the user experience and more. We will find out how proximity sensors work (from sonar to LIDAR), accelerometer, gyroscope, vibration, touchscreen, pressure sensor, temperature sensor, GPS, RFID AND NFC, magnetometer (compass), camera, light sensor, fingerprint sensors digital, facial recognition (2D and 3D).
Fisica in pillole
My name is Norma Gaetani (AKA Fisica in Pillole), I am currently enrolled in the master's degree in physics, electronic curriculum and I work in the field of cybersecurity. During my bachelor degree, I joined an association of physics students and participated in several editions of Remote Future, Researchers' Night and other dissemination events. After graduation, I started working in "Città della scienza" as a conductor of activity for schools. In 2020 I opened a science communication channel on Youtube called "Physics in pills" and I participated in the ScienceWebFestival.
