VERITAS: sustainable wine production
The VERITAS project aims to the production of grapes with sustainability attributes. It starts from the characterization of the terroir and its intrinsic value, in order to design a flexible vineyard management system, capable of ensuring precise irrigation and fertilization, reducing the waste of resources. This project involves the collaboration of three Departments of the University of Sannio (Benevento): the Department of Science and Technology (DST); the Department of Engineering (DING); the Department of Law, Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods (DEMM).
