MULTICRITERIA ANLYSIS TO SUPPORT ORGANIZATIVE CONTROL IN AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR

MULTICRITERIA ANLYSIS TO SUPPORT ORGANIZATIVE CONTROL IN AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR

The aim of the project is to build a methodological prototype suitable to manage the quality control of production processes and of organizational structure of a plant in the automotive sector; The automotive sector is characterized by the consolidated use of quality control methodologies, such as the World Class Manufacturing (WCM). We show that, in addition to the classical quality management tools as the ones included in the WCM, the combination of MCDA methods and PDA (Portfolio Decision Analysis method) approaches can contribute in a significant way to the prioritization of the errors.
