PuroSole: A revolutionary zero environmental impact system from Archimedes' mirrors. A unique roasting system in the world that focuses sunlight directly on raw coffee. Traditional roasting plants emit 40 kg of CO2 into the atmosphere per 100 kg of coffee. With the sun's rays there is no consumption or combustion and therefore zero CO2 emissions. Roasting is quick and deep and the coffee retains its best organoleptic characteristics. Even for foods such as meat and vegetables, solar barbecues are available that are more efficient than traditional ones in terms of speed and quality.
