The goal of this project is to enhance the product chain of the HQF Agricola company, offering producers a service of traceability of all products and narration of key contents to the consumer, based on innovative technologies, first of all the blockchain. . The project includes the analysis and complete digitization of the cash point and subsequent integration with the traceability platform. The interventions of the project will concern the acquisition of information through manual entries (e.g. the history of the product and its link with the territory, processing) and / or integrations with existing systems (e.g. management systems, Wi-Fi, etc. ). The information acquired, manually and automatically, is tracked on the platform based on Blockchain technology. On the basis of the raw data acquired and tracked, relevant content (either manually or through specific Analytics tools) is processed in order to build a story of the product consistent with the objectives of the project and which then flow into an effective narrative to the consumer. The tasting becomes an experience with immediate usability (customer experience) of product information through QR code or other technologies.

Virgilio Maretto

Born in Avellino in 1972. Passionate about new technologies, he moved to Naples in 1991 to study Electronic Engineering and between a lesson and an exam he delights in cooking for friends and family.
In 1998 he arrived in Rome first as a midshipman and later as a consultant for Accenture. He has the opportunity to work for clients from various sectors with whom he initiates numerous technological and innovative projects.
In 2005 he married and in 2008, with paternity, his greatest adventure started.
In the meantime, he continues his passion for innovation and food, attends several cooking courses and specializes in 'food and beverage management' with a master from Sole24Ore. In 2016 he created netFOODworking, a physical / virtual space of stimuli and design ideas.
Food maker, in 2018 he founded the startup pOsti. More and more attracted to Food Tech, starting from the IoT to get to the blockchain, he believes that it is the enabler for a "transfer of trust in a world without trust".
This is the motto of pOsti: "Eating beautiful, genuine, responsible, safe, healthy is a primary right."
At the end of 2020, together with other startups and professionals GIUSTA, he founded the new sustainable, ethical and guaranteed delivery platform.
