Applicazione di sistemi avanzati di contrasto alla zanzara tigre in ambiente urbano
ENEA developed a biological method ARwP method to hinder the spread of the Asia Tiger mosquitoes in urban areas. After a phase of experimentation in the ENEA Casaccia Research Center, the methodology was approved by the competent authorities to be tested in the open field. The technology was licensed to BiovecBlok in 2019, a young startup from the University of Camerino (Italy,) that has taken charge of scaling up phase. During the visit, citizens and stakeholders will be informed on the progress of application on large scale.
