Siena Food Lab, l’innovativo progetto di Agritech sul territorio toscano

Siena Food Lab, l’innovativo progetto di Agritech sul territorio toscano

Siena Food Lab is a transfer technology and training project, which supports the dialogue among companies, innovators, institutions and research centers in the Tuscan agri-food sector, promoted by the Fondazione Monte dei Paschi di Siena and Santa Chiara Lab - University of Siena.
The project aims to support farms in the province of Siena in the transition to more sustainable production systems, characterized by the use of technological and digital innovations, giving a final assessment of the impact and effectiveness of their application. Siena Food Lab, therefore, in addition to providing precision agriculture services to companies, through the technological partners AGRICOLUS and IBF Servizi, has launched training courses aimed at contributing to the growth of the skills of students, entrepreneurs, agronomists, agricultural experts, agricultural technicians and other professionals in the sector.
