Droni Intelligenti e Autonomi
ISL - Intelligent Systems Lab is a research group of the University of Rome Tor Vergata dedicated to the development of new technologies related to the control, supervision and decision-making of autonomous robotic systems, in particular drones (UAS - Unmanned Aircraft Systems). At the Maker Faire, it participates by exhibiting an innovative drone designed in-house (hardware and software), autonomous and self-sufficient, capable of mapping an environment, determining its position and simultaneously carrying out complex tasks in it, from simple navigation to the recognition or tracking of objects.
