The University of Genoa's "Build Up Your Tech" program for enhancing the value of industrial property titles is aimed at supporting patented inventions in order to develop them, fostering the raising of their level of technological maturity with a view to possible future industrial exploitation. This program is among the technology transfer activities that the University implements in order to reduce the gap between research results and possible implementation at the industrial level. The intervention in particular aims to raise the level of maturity of the technologies behind the inventions, measured according to the TRL scale, to enable their industrial exploitation.
