What we already thought would be a fun trip turned out to be so much more: the love and enthusiasm of the exhibitors, attendees and Maker Faire Rome’s team for innovation, education, and general celebration of the maker movement was awe-inspiring. There is so much to see that a single year in attendance is not enough, so if you ever get the opportunity, head to this show, soak in the sea of inventions, and make some great friends along the way.

Magic box for Industry 4.0
The system is equipped with a touch graphic display, RFID reader, 4-ralay module wifi transceiver (ESP8266).
When the worker arrives and sits down at his work station, he is in front of this device installed in the workbench.
To start working he must enable the desk by presenting his authorized badge to the RFID reader and from that moment the device automatically enables all the electrical sockets and users of the desk. Furthermore, the information that the station is switched on is transmitted to the laboratory manager and all the activities carried out are recorded in a cloud.
