Zefiro
Zefiro is a 3D-printed pencil case equipped with Arduino that monitors the air quality in classrooms, making classes a safer experience. Its light (LED) signals make it clear if it is necessary to open or close the windows, limiting movements and distractions. Air pollution is usually wrongly interpreted and it may hinder the teaching and learning experience, as well as contribute to a rise in virus transmittal risk. The system aims to be cheaper (as well as more useful) than standard air monitoring systems.
