What we already thought would be a fun trip turned out to be so much more: the love and enthusiasm of the exhibitors, attendees and Maker Faire Rome’s team for innovation, education, and general celebration of the maker movement was awe-inspiring. The project has developed a new beverage, preserved by a process at high hydrostatic pressures, based on an infusion of Cascara (a waste, 40% of the coffee production, still partially "caffeinated", 6%) to be consumed cold, flavored in different ways to satisfy the growing demand for novelties in the soft drink market.
