Quality Control in Textile Production
ACTOR has designed an intrusion detection system based on an intrusion detector and a CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) classifier for a well-known textile industry. It analyses X-ray images of garments. The system, on a real production of garments, achieved performances with a percentage of false positives of less than 15%, and of false negatives (intrusions not detected) of less than 2%.
The application can be adapted to the industrial production of other companies.
