OVERSEA : Nomogrammi di sopravvivenza dopo chemioterapia neoadiuvante e chirurgia radicale nel tumore della cervice
OVERSEA is an application that supports medical activity, in the field of oncology.
It allows to estimate the rate of progression-free survival at 2 years (2y-PFS) and overall survival at 5 years (5y-OS), based on patient's relevant clinical and pathological prognostic factors.
UNDERSEA is applicable in case of patients with locally advanced cervical cancer primarily treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by radical surgery. It presents the results of an observational study.
Francesca De Felice, Claudia Marchetti
Francesca De Felice is a researcher at the Department of Radiological Sciences, Oncology and Pathology, “Sapienza” University of Rome. She was specialized in Radiation Oncology and got PhD at “Sapienza” (research activity at Institut de cancérologie Gustave Roussy, Villejuf-Paris and Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Trust, London). She is author of several indexed papers, all in the field of clinical and experimental oncology. Currently her researches focus on concomitant treatment and artificial intelligence (“machine learning”) applications in clinical practice.
Claudia Marchetti is a researcher at the Department of Woman and Child Health and Public Health, “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” of Rome. She was specialized in Gynecology and got PhD at “Sapienza” University of Rome (research activity at Cancer Research UK and University College London Cancer Trials Centre , London). She is author of several indexed papers, all in the field of clinical and experimental gynecological oncology. Currently her researches focus on multidisciplinary approach and artificial intelligence (machine learning) applications in clinical practice.
