Innovation Community
Innovation Community is a flagship project of Exo Latina, founded in 2021 to curb youth exodus from the peripheral areas of the Province of Latina. Now at its second edition, the project won the Vitamina G call promoted by the Lazio Region for an amount of €21,200.
The 2023 edition spanned four months with 11 sessions and 60+ participants. Students, aged between 16-19 years, are involved in business games, challenges, group activities and nano-conferences with professionals, start uppers and local entrepreneurs to learn the building blocks of innovation and youth entrepreneurship.

Francesco Pappone, a Master's student in Mathematical Engineering and Vice President of Exo Latina, is passionate about Machine Learning. Ludovico Carlin is an aspiring biomedical engineer and skilled communicator. Leonardo Scalzi, keen on startup, is the CEO of Football, an interactive platform to compare players through a visual story. Valentina Di Marco is a software developer and coordinator of the Exodus Junior Community. Michele Gentile, a talented high school student and co-founder of San Isidoro, a Pontine agricultural company.
