N-ICE CREAM: Macchina di miscelazione di prodotti alimentari con azoto
A new way of making ice cream that uses liquid nitrogen to obtain a truly unique result, focusing on minimizing food waste for a more sustainable approach, significantly reducing the use of electricity.
The possibility of using nitrogen to create ice cream, granita or popsicle starting from refined and quality raw materials, in a very short time and under the eyes of the user, opens new frontiers to the experience of taste. To date, nitrogen applications have not been developed with B2C system logic.
The cooling rate given by the use of nitrogen forming very small and homogeneous ice crystals
it makes the ice cream creamier with less cold sensation in the mouth. Furthermore, the nitrogen creates microscopic bubbles that inhibit the sensation of bitterness in our mouth, guaranteeing a better tasting of the product's flavours.
