What is the project about?
The theme of the project is to be able to help the new generations to use new technologies also in the culinary field, trying to convey to them the importance of digital in the modern and future era.

Where did you get the idea?
the idea was born from curiosity towards the digital world and a passion for cooking

How did you transform the idea into a real project?
It all started in 2019, in the PNSD meeting in Futura Genova (organised by the MIUR which talks about the evolution of digital), therefore having already proposed a course on 3D printing with PLA to students the previous year, we then undertook the nature of the institute is 3D food printing.
