matRadiomics - Innovative Tool Radiomics Analysis
What is the context of your innovation?
The innovation falls within the scope of scientific research applied to radiomics analysis and aimed at processing data acquired from medical images using artificial intelligence techniques. At present, the most well-known and used applications are incomplete and do not allow the application of a clinical predictive model
What is your project about?
The innovation consists in having developed a complete and user-friendly radiomics analysis application, which allows the entire data analysis flow to be completed, unlike other applications on the market. MatRadiomics has new analysis potential with the aim of being used by doctors in the hospital setting.
What are the next steps?
The potential of the project was presented and published in an international scientific journal in August 2022. matRadiomics has currently been used in the field of clinical research applied to the processing of approximately 231,000 medical images corresponding to more than 1000 patients.
