For me, Maker Faire Rome means a magical adventure that made me realize the true meaning of creativity and innovation. And, it helped me to gain a new perspective on my projects and creative journey, which pushed me in more innovative and bold directions.

"Zooteams": un Serious Game per la collaborazione
What is the context of your innovation?
The project is located in the field of technological innovation for training purposes; It is aimed at an adult target and promotes cooperative learning. Research in the field reports scientific evidence on the effectiveness of collaborative Serious Games capable of promoting the increase of knowledge and skills, including soft skills.
What is your project about?
The innovation consists in the development of a scientifically validated intervention model, through the testing of the Serious Game "Zooteams" in university and corporate contexts. The comparison between the university and professional world allows us to take into consideration variables such as motivation, teamwork and collaboration
What are the next steps?
The research protocol includes pre- and post-intervention self-assessment questionnaires, the adoption of the model in an intervention and control group, and the qualitative-quantitative analysis of the results. The project is in its final phase: the first results have emerged for the university sample and the experimentation in the company is being concluded.
