Come rappresentante Automotive per ST ho avuto l’occasione di presentare dei casi reali nell’ambito automobilistico, dove siamo presenti con i nostri prodotti: ho conosciuto i maker e gli appassionati di tecnologia che li usano, ma soprattutto ho avuto modo di consolidare e tessere nuovi rapporti e collaborazioni con le diverse Squadre Corse universitarie presenti, ed ingaggiare nuovi partner interessati al loro utilizzo. Un’esperienza di grande valore da ripetere.

Birdgarden 2.0
What is the project about?
The project aims to create a house/nest or feeder for birds, monitored through a hidden camera and microphone which will make the data collected, the audio and the photos taken when it is occupied available on the internet.
Where did you get the idea?
The idea was born from a passion for birdhouses, combined with the inspiration of being able to develop an urban ecology project with a data collection mechanism to be used as the basis for a naturalistic study
How did you transform the idea into a real project?
We wanted to combine the project with a charitable purpose, also through the use of houses/nests and feeders promoted by Lipu (Italian Bird Protection League), to collect donations. The hardware device is a microcomputer with a camera module, to which a microphone and an obstacle detection sensor are combined. The software is created by the partners.
