What is the context of your innovation?
It is aimed at students and makers to try their digital solutions, and at designers who need a small, ready-to-use board and particular performances for the digital project they are working on. It can become an excellent solution for creating a System on Chip (SoC) based on a Risc-V processor.
What is your project about?
The innovation lies in making it free and extremely economical to be able to try an FPGA solution, programming it with tools that will always be unlimited FREE, thus preventing students, makers or designers from having to spend a lot of money to finish their creation, despite obtaining a final solution valid, powerful and complete, reusable infinit
What are the next steps?
Run 3 is underway. We are moving to a larger FPGA and have inserted a new USB-C connector to improve compatibility with new power programming cables.
We have plans to enter the market in early 2025 with the production of the first 10,000 boards. The documentation for the release currently being tested is already on the Github repo.

the Hexberry team is called Logiles (www.logitiles.com). It is made up of 2 completely self-sufficient engineers with regards to electronic design, the creation of prototypes and the management of the production of complex electronic systems, such as obviously the design of applications for FPGA in VHDL, VERILOG and SYSTEM VERILOG. They now have more than 40 years of electronic design experience overall, having worked as electronic design managers for several established companies primarily involved in the defense and aerospace markets.
