What is the project about?
The project aims to create a food pairing database using data from commercial databases such as FlavorDB and information collected through 1000 interviews.



Where did you get the idea?
The FoodpAIring project, developed by ITS Agroalimentare Piemonte as part of ITS 4.0, is based on the art of food pairing, i.e. the harmonious pairing of foods and drinks based on their aromatic characteristics. It is therefore born through a design process with Design Thinking techniques



How are creativity, technology, ingenuity and innovation combined in your project?
Making the discovery of combinations something that can interest everyone in normal life.
