there is no ticket office available at the fair
- Tickets are not named and non – refundable. Tickets can only be refunded in case of cancellation of the event
- A 10% commission to the ticket price is applied by the sales circuit
- Admission is possible on the booked timeslot only: during the ticket purchase the selection of a preferred timeslot is mandatory
- The access in specific areas is subject to the actual capacity of the location on arrival

Discount tickets are valid for under 18 visitors, all levels students , teachers.
An dentity document or a student ID will be required at the entrance.

The educational visit is free and unguided. Free admission to the event is provided for disabled students and for any accompanying person for the disabled. In addition, for every 10 paying students there is a free ticket for the accompanying teacher.
The visit is recommended for second grade secondary school students and for students in the last year of first grade secondary schools.
Admission to the event will be limited and will be granted at the time of purchase of the ticket on the basis of the capacity available at the time of the request.

The request for the purchase of tickets must be received by 30 September 2022 and must contain the data for billing the institution. the number of tickets, specifying the presence of any disabled persons, the cell phone of the contact person of the institution and the means by which the event will be reached.
No public bus parking is available near the Venue: school groups are invited to reach the location by using public transport.

Maker Faire Rome offers free entry to all disabled visitors with certified invalidity of more than 70%.
For visitors who are not self-sufficient, free entry is also extended to a companion.
