Emotionary: Detecting emotions from text
Emotionary is a structured sentiment analysis system that makes it possible to identify the expressions (cue phrases) in the text that express a given emotion and the corresponding topics (experiencer - i.e., the experiencer, target - i.e., toward whom the emotion is felt or directed, and stimulus - i.e., the cause that provoked that emotion). The system operates a two-level analysis: analysis of the type of language used (offensive, vulgar, etc.) and the emotions expressed (hate, love, joy, etc.).
Babelscape
Babelscape is a deep tech company founded in 2016 focused on multilingual Natural Language Processing with the main goal of enabling multilinguality and text understanding in customers applications which deal with text in different ways. Thanks to technological transfer from the internationally renowned Natural Language Processing research group headed by prof.
